Removal done right — no shortcuts
Asbestos removal isn't a DIY job, and it isn't something to trust to whoever's cheapest. Done badly, it puts your family, your tradies and your neighbours at risk. We're fully licensed and insured, follow strict safety procedures, and leave your property clean — with the paperwork to prove it.
What we handle
Safe removal
Bathrooms, kitchens, eaves, fences, walls, ceilings, roofs and full demolitions — removed under strict controls, with HEPA vacuuming and air monitoring where required.
Transport & disposal
EPA-registered vehicles and authorised disposal — handled for you, start to finish.
Clearance certificate
Independent clearance so you have legal proof the area is safe before anyone moves back in.
Renovation & damage clean-ups
Pre-renovation removal and emergency clean-ups after storm, fire or impact damage.
What you walk away with
An independent clearance certificate
When the job's done, you don't just take our word that the area's safe — you get an independent clearance certificate confirming it. That's documented proof the asbestos was removed properly: the paperwork you need for compliance, for selling, or simply to let your family move back in with confidence.
The rules that apply to removal
Who can legally remove asbestos in Queensland depends on the type and amount, under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld). We hold a Class B asbestos removal licence — covering the bonded (non-friable) asbestos found in most homes.
- We're Class B licensed to remove bonded (non-friable) asbestos — the cement-sheet type common in older homes.
- Bonded asbestos over 10m² must be removed by a Class B (or Class A) licensed remover — that's us.
- Friable asbestos (loose, powdery) is Class A work — we'll identify it and arrange the right licensed remover.
- An independent clearance certificate is the documented proof the area is safe to reoccupy.

All our asbestos services
Removal, remediation, make-safe and demolition overlap at the edges — here's the quickest way to tell them apart.
- Remediation When full removal isn't the right call, we remediate asbestos in place — decontaminating, stabilising and sealing it safely so the risk is properly managed.
- Non-Structural Demolition Soft-strip and internal demolition done safely — internal walls, fittings, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and tenancy de-fits removed without touching the building's structure, with asbestos handled correctly.
- Asbestos Removal You're here Need it gone? We remove asbestos safely and legally, then supply an independent clearance certificate. Renovations, damage clean-ups and full strip-outs — handled.
- Make Safe Storm, fire, impact or accidental damage to asbestos? Our emergency team makes the site safe fast — isolating, stabilising and containing the material to stop fibre release before full works begin.
Asbestos removal FAQs
How much does asbestos removal cost?
It depends on the material, amount and access. That's why we inspect and give you a fixed quote up front — so you know the exact cost before any work starts.
Can I remove asbestos myself?
We strongly advise against it. Disturbing asbestos releases fibres that cause serious, irreversible disease — and there are legal limits on what an unlicensed person can remove. Licensed removal protects you and keeps you compliant.
What is a B-Class licence?
A B-Class licence covers the removal of bonded (non-friable) asbestos — the most common type in homes, like cement sheeting. We'll confirm the right approach for your specific situation.
Do you provide a clearance certificate?
Yes. Independent clearance confirms the area is safe, giving you documented proof the job was completed properly — important for compliance, sales and peace of mind.
How quickly can you start?
We work 7 days a week and can often respond fast, including emergency clean-ups after damage. Call 1300 019 657 to discuss timing.
What's the difference between friable and bonded asbestos?
Bonded (non-friable) asbestos is held firmly within a material like cement sheeting and is more stable — that's what our Class B licence covers, and it's the most common type in homes. Friable asbestos is loose and crumbles easily, releasing fibres with very light pressure — it's far more dangerous and requires a Class A licensed remover. We'll identify which type you have, remove the bonded material ourselves, and arrange the right licensed remover for anything friable.
